Graphic Design Internship

Feynman Group is searching for a talented and motivated graphic design intern. Duties include generating and editing images for websites, social media outlets, and more for Feynman Group internally as well as for clients in a variety of industries. Designer must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite. We can provide software for you to use as well as a Windows laptop, however you are welcome to use your own equipment. The ideal intern must have strong creative skills and must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions.

This opportunity will be part-time, requiring 10 – 15 hours per week and we are flexible. Our intern will be required to have a presence in our Eugene office, however partially working from home is an option. Pay is DOE. We are looking to hire immediately.

Network Technician

Department: IT Consulting

Feynman Group is looking for an exceptional individual to join Lane County's best team of network technicians. We are looking for someone with a proven work record of technical growth, superb customer service, meticulous documentation, and excellent problem solving skills. You will have the chance to work in hundreds of different networks of varying sizes and complexities, learn from some of the brightest minds, and be exposed to cutting edge technologies in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements of the job:

-Quickly be able to diagnose, isolate, and resolve hardware and software issues over the phone and onsite

-Assist project managers with server, workstation, and network configurations, installations, and ongoing maintenance mainly in Microsoft Windows based environments

-Multi-task well and work on multiple projects simultaneously

-Accurately and thoroughly document work performed without missing details

-Perform well under pressure and in an occasionally stressful customer environment

-Be available for some evening server work and weekend network installs

-Stay on task and work without supervision, moving from project to project seamlessly

Sales Associate

Department: Sales

We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for a Sales Associate position. Qualified individuals will have an opportunity to work in a professional business-to-business sales environment. Prior sales experience is necessary. Software Project Manager

Job Description

Feynman Group is looking for an experienced Software Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of large software development projects from initiation through implementation. The Software Project Manager will be an integral part of a cross-functional project team, and will work with business partners to determine and translate business requirements into robust technology solutions.


Primary Duties

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, documentation, change requests, risks, and issues to ensure maximum business benefit is maintained
  • Develop high-level project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders
  • Assemble project plans, ensure all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and direct and monitor teams’ efforts on a regular basis
  • Validate development estimates and actively seek clarification / verification as appropriate
  • Ensure accurate reflection of project budgets within project tracking tools
  • Identify, track, measure, and report on key project milestones
  • Communicate project status timely and effectively in terms of cost, forecast, schedule, and assessment of risks/issues
  • Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle



  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying large scale projects as a project manager in the technical / software development industries
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management practices
  • Proven ability to effectively build interpersonal relationships and achieve alignment across a wide range of functions and constituents
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Sound grasp of the key business drivers and considerations in the technical / software development industries
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Microsoft development tools
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and patterns


Helpful Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Kanban Methodology Clinical Systems
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar development tools greatly appreciated
